PhishDestroy threat report
bigboiautomotive.shop presents itself as an automotive detailing store under the page title "Top Detailing Equipment – ibigboi | bigboi". It targets car enthusiasts and detailers shopping for polishers, cleaning kits and similar gear. PhishDestroy classifies it as an e-commerce scam and first flagged it on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the storefront is still online and serving its shop content.
Fake shops like this one copy the look of a legitimate retailer, list popular detailing equipment at attractive prices and push visitors toward a quick checkout. The buyer pays, but the goods either never arrive or are replaced by a cheap item that bears no resemblance to the listing. Victims typically lose the purchase amount. They also hand over their name, address, phone number and card details, which can be reused for further fraud.
Nine of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-19, including Netcraft, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. That is a meaningful spread for a site this young, and several of those vendors specialise in fraud and phishing. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop. The domain also appears in three AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-20, roughly five months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap fits a store that was set up and left to collect traffic before being flagged. It resolves to 46.245.239.175, on a network operated by Malakmadze Web LLC, a Georgian company, with the address geolocated to the United States. HTTPS is provided by a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the shop is genuine.
If you ordered from this site, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge and request a replacement card. Watch your statements for unfamiliar transactions. Treat the email address and phone number you gave as exposed, and expect follow-up scams such as fake delivery notices or refund offers. If you created an account, change that password anywhere else you reused it. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP, and report it to payment processors and consumer fraud channels so that merchant accounts tied to it can be shut down.
