How the scam works

The page title "Bitrefill Checkout" lures users into thinking they are completing a legitimate purchase. Victims are prompted to connect their crypto wallet, after which the drainer transfers the wallet’s funds to the attacker’s address. The scheme exploits the trust associated with the Bitrefill brand and the urgency of a checkout flow.
