How the scam works
Wallet impersonation pages copy the look of the real brand and then push a fake task, such as restoring access, verifying an account or fixing a security alert. That task usually ends in one of two requests. One asks the victim to type a recovery phrase or guardian details, and the other asks them to connect the wallet and sign a transaction. Either one lets the operator take the victim's assets, and because a seed phrase grants full control, nothing stops the funds from being moved within minutes.
Evidence
VirusTotal shows 9 of 92 engines flagging the domain as of 2026-10-13. The flagging vendors include Kaspersky, BitDefender, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That count is modest, but it is spread across unrelated vendors. What to do
