Evidence
Six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-03: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, Netcraft, SOCRadar and URLQuery. That is a modest count, but several of those vendors specialise in phishing and brand-abuse detection. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the phishing category, and it appears in two AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so researchers outside PhishDestroy have reached the same conclusion.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2025-12-02 through TuringSign Inc. d/b/a Cosmotown, roughly ten months before PhishDestroy detected it. A gap like that suggests it was registered in advance and held until the operators were ready to use it. The site is hosted in Georgia on the network of Malakmadze Web LLC, which has no connection to the American retailer it imitates.
What to do
If you entered card details on amorlu.com, call your card issuer now, report the fraud, have the card cancelled and replaced, and dispute any charges. Watch your statements for small test transactions, and expect follow-up phishing by email or text that uses the personal details you submitted.
