PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

songbox.adyendrus.com is an impersonation phishing page, and urlscan.io identifies Naver as the brand it imitates. Its likely targets are people who use Naver for email, blogs, search and payments. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-19. As of 2026-10-19 the site is still online, and its content loads behind an access protection layer.

How the scam works

Naver impersonation pages copy the portal's look so that a visitor will type a Naver ID and password into a form the attacker controls. Those credentials can then unlock the victim's mailbox, blog and any linked payment or account recovery options, and the account can be reused for further fraud. The page title is a personal blog heading, "Madison's Life | Madison Paige Day by Day", while we classify the content as Naver impersonation.

Evidence

On 2026-09-29, 12 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the address. They include BitDefender, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, Lionic and MalwareURL. That is a minority of engines, but the vendors come from several unrelated security stacks, which makes a false positive less likely. urlscan.io independently gave a malicious verdict and matched the Naver brand. PhishDestroy lists the domain on its blocklist.

Infrastructure

The parent domain adyendrus.com was registered through NAMECHEAP INC on 2011-09-03, about fifteen years before the phishing subdomain was detected. That age means filters that distrust newly registered domains will not catch it. The site resolves to 69.27.4.40 on the FirstDigital Communications network in the US. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives it a padlock in the browser, which says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.

What to do

If you entered your Naver ID or password here, change the password immediately from the official Naver app or by typing the address yourself. Turn on two-step verification and review recent login history and connected devices. Change the password on any other service where you used the same one. Check Naver Pay and linked cards for transactions you do not recognise, and contact Naver support if anything looks wrong. Defenders should block the hostname and 69.27.4.40 at DNS and proxy level and add the brand mismatch to phishing detection rules.
