proposal-onre.xyz is a newly registered domain (creation date 23 Feb 2026) that has been identified as a generic phishing site. The site presented the page title “Home | OnRe”, but the HTTP response returned a 404 status, indicating the landing page is unavailable. The domain resolves to IP 188.114.97.3, which belongs to Cloudflare, Inc. (AS13335) and is located in the United States. DNS resolution is handled by the Cloudflare nameservers sima.ns.cloudflare.com and tate.ns.cloudflare.com, and the site employed Cloudflare’s HTTP/3 protocol.

An SSL certificate issued by Let’s Encrypt (certificate identifier “E7”) was observed, confirming the use of a valid TLS certificate despite the malicious intent.
