PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-06. As of 2026-10-19 the site is still online and serving its phishing content, so anyone searching for or clicking links to this name can still reach it.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages like this copy the branding, layout and wording of a service the victim already trusts, then place a login form, wallet-connect prompt or deposit flow where the real one would be. Anything entered goes to the operators. Typed credentials and one-time codes let them take over the account. A wallet signature can authorize transfers out of the wallet. Money sent to the site is gone. The "Polymicon" title is the bait, giving visitors no reason to suspect they are not on the genuine site.
Evidence
When VirusTotal checked the domain on 2026-10-10, seven of 92 engines flagged it: alphaMountain.ai, Bfore.Ai PreCrime, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That count is modest, so many browsers and security tools will not warn visitors yet. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as a spam source, three AlienVault OTX threat pulses reference it, and it is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-09-11 through Dominet (HK) Limited and was detected less than four weeks later. That short gap fits a site set up quickly for a campaign. Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network on an address geolocated to Canada, which keeps the server behind it out of view. A free Let's Encrypt certificate gives it the padlock icon, which proves only that the connection is encrypted, not that the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you entered a password on this site, change it right away on the real service and anywhere you reused it, then reset two-factor authentication and review recent logins and withdrawal settings. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, move your remaining funds to a new wallet and revoke any token approvals granted during that session. If you sent a deposit, record the transaction details and report them to your exchange and local authorities. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level, search their logs for past visits, and report the abuse to Cloudflare and the registrar.
