PhishDestroy threat report
play.guonex.com is an impersonation phishing page aimed at cryptocurrency users. It poses as a legitimate crypto service so visitors trust it with their money or account access. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-29. The domain has since gone dark: it stopped resolving on 2026-10-17 and was still offline when rechecked on 2026-10-19.
Impersonation pages copy the look and wording of a service the victim already trusts. Visitors are then asked to log in, deposit coins, connect a wallet or type in a recovery phrase. Whatever the page collects goes straight to the operators, and stolen crypto rarely comes back once it moves. The page title was only an ellipsis, so the page exposed almost nothing to casual inspection. urlscan.io still identified the content as a crypto scam.
Twelve of 91 engines on VirusTotal flagged the domain as of 2026-10-01. The named vendors include Kaspersky, ESET, BitDefender, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, CRDF and alphaMountain.ai. That spread covers major consumer antivirus and specialist threat-intelligence feeds, so the verdict does not rest on a single source. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and tagged the content as a crypto scam. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as phishing, and PhishDestroy carries it on its blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-06-24 through Fewmoretaps OU, trading as Trustname.com. It ran for about three months before PhishDestroy caught it, and the scam page sat on a "play" subdomain rather than the bare domain. It was hosted in Germany on the FEMO IT SOLUTIONS LIMITED network. It used a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser meant only an encrypted connection, not a trustworthy operator.
If you connected a wallet to this page, review and revoke any token approvals you granted. If you entered a seed phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move the remaining funds to a new wallet generated on a clean device. If you typed in exchange or account credentials, change the password, reset two-factor authentication, and check your login and withdrawal history. If you sent funds, record the transaction hashes and report them to your exchange and local authorities. Security teams should block the domain and its parent at DNS and proxy level, and search logs for earlier visits by users, since the domain was live for months before it went offline.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
