The flagging vendors include BitDefender, ESET, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft and alphaMountain.ai. The domain also appears in five AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows other researchers have tracked it independently. Among blocklists, it is currently listed by PhishDestroy.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Namecheap on 2026-06-10, roughly three and a half months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests it was set up in advance and used quietly rather than burned immediately. Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network with a Canada geolocation, so the server actually hosting the content stays hidden behind the proxy. The site still answers requests even though its page is down, so the operator could put content back up at any time.
What to do
Do not enter anything on this site, and treat any "OECD forum" invitation that leads here as phishing.
