How the scam works
Wallet impersonation pages copy the look and name of a known wallet brand, here Nova Wallet, then ask the visitor to "sync", "restore" or "verify" their wallet. This is typically done by requesting the recovery phrase or private key, or by asking the user to connect a wallet and sign a request. Anything typed into such a form goes straight to the operators. A stolen recovery phrase gives them full control of the wallet, letting them empty every asset in it, usually within minutes and with no way to reverse the transfers.
Evidence
Twelve of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain in a scan on 2026-09-29. Detections came from alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. Most engines stayed silent, but this set includes major commercial security vendors.
