Analysis of nosebudcoin.lat shows a newly registered domain (created 17 March 2026) that was used to host a wallet/seed phishing page targeting users of the Celer network. The site resolved to the Cloudflare edge address 172.67.190.109, which is announced by AS13335 in the United States. The page title returned by the HTTP response was "Nose Bud Airdrop", indicating an airdrop lure consistent with the identified Airdrop Scam kit. The underlying HTML was served with Bootstrap and Cloudflare Browser Insights and the connection employed HTTP/3, confirming the use of Cloudflare’s CDN services.

The domain was registered through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com. VirusTotal scans recorded three detections out of ninety‑four antivirus engines, and the domain appears on three public blocklists, including PhishDestroy, MetaMask, and SEAL. The nameservers June.ns.cloudflare.com and Nikon.ns.cloudflare.com further corroborate the Cloudflare hosting. The site has been taken offline, but the infrastructure footprint remains observable.

Defenders should continue to block the IP 172.67.190.109 and add nosebudcoin.lat to URL filtering and email security policies.
