ledgr-desktop-docs.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page hosted on a free Cloudflare Pages subdomain. Its name looks like desktop documentation for a hardware wallet, with "ledgr" spelled the way a hurried reader might accept, while our classification records Cloudflare as the impersonated brand. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-08. The site has been offline since 2026-09-16, and the hosting provider was still blocking its content when we last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Pages like this borrow the look of a trusted service so visitors lower their guard and follow instructions, such as "verifying" a session, downloading a supposed desktop app or entering credentials or a wallet recovery phrase. A docs-style name on a legitimate hosting domain makes the link feel official when it shows up in search results, chats or support replies. Victims can lose account access, or their wallet funds if they type in a seed phrase. The current page title, "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", is the provider's own warning interstitial and not the original lure.
Evidence
On 2026-09-17, 16 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors included alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. That is a meaningful spread of independent vendors for a short-lived subdomain. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and matched generic Cloudflare branding. The domain also appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy, which means wallet users are already being warned away from it.
Infrastructure
The subdomain was created on 2026-08-26, only 13 days before PhishDestroy detected it, and it was taken offline roughly a week after that. This fast turnover is typical of throwaway pages on free hosting platforms. It was registered through Cloudflare Pages and served from Cloudflare, Inc. network space geolocated to Canada, with a Google Trust Services certificate. The padlock therefore proved nothing about who ran the page.
What to do
If you entered a recovery phrase or private key on this site, treat that wallet as compromised and move your funds to a new wallet created on a trusted device. If you typed any account password, change it everywhere you reused it and turn on app-based 2FA. Delete any file you downloaded from the page and scan the machine. Defenders should block the hostname, search mail and chat logs for links to it, and watch for similar "docs" subdomains on Pages that copy wallet or vendor names.
