The authoritative name servers irma.ns.cloudflare.com and peter.ns.cloudflare.com resolve the domain to the IPv4 address 176.123.0.199, which is advertised as belonging to AS200019 (ALEXHOST SRL) located in Maryland, United States. The site previously served content over HTTP/3 using a LiteSpeed web server and PHP, and presented a TLS certificate issued by Let’s Encrypt (YR1). The page title returned by the server was “Ledger - Update”, matching the declared brand target Ledger and confirming the scam type as brand impersonation.
