PhishDestroy threat report
borusanprogram.com is a fake crypto exchange that presented itself as "solidreturn-pro | AI Trading Platform | Official Website". It targeted people looking for automated crypto trading and passive returns. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-10. The site has been offline since 2026-09-14 and was still unreachable when last checked on 2026-10-19.
Platforms like solidreturn-pro promise that an AI trading engine will grow a crypto deposit with little effort from the user. Victims register, send cryptocurrency or card payments, and then watch a dashboard show steady fake profits that exist only on the operator's screen. When they try to withdraw, they are asked for extra fees, taxes or verification deposits, or the account is frozen. Everything sent is lost, and the identity documents and contact details collected at signup can be reused for follow-up recovery scams.
On 2026-09-10, 16 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors flagging it include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, CyRadar, ESET, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and G-Data. The domain is referenced in 5 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2025-10-15 through MainReg Inc., nearly eleven months before the scam was detected. It was hosted at IP 185.62.56.121 on the Snel.com B.V. network in the Netherlands. Its TLS certificate was a domain-validated certificate from ZeroSSL GmbH (ZeroSSL ECC DV SSL CA 2). A certificate like this shows only that the operator controlled the domain, not that the business is legitimate.
If you deposited funds, stop sending money immediately. Ignore any request for withdrawal fees or taxes, and be wary of anyone who later offers to recover your losses. Save your transaction hashes, payment receipts and chat logs, then report the loss to your bank or card issuer, the exchange you sent crypto from, and your local police or cybercrime unit. If you uploaded ID documents or reused a password, change that password everywhere and watch for identity misuse. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP and add it to mail and web filters, in case the operators bring the same scam back on a new domain.
