Overview

ashiyanapackers.com presents itself under the page title "Home - Ashiyana Packers", dressing up as a packers-and-movers business. PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page aimed at people looking to hire a relocation or shifting service. We first flagged it on 2026-10-11, and as of 2026-10-19 the site was still online with its content live.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages of this kind borrow a real or plausible business name so that a visitor searching for movers believes they have reached a legitimate company. The usual hook is a quick quote form or booking page that asks for a name, phone number, addresses and moving dates. That is followed by a request for an advance or booking deposit, often by bank transfer or UPI. Once the money is sent, the "movers" stop answering or demand extra charges, and victims lose both the payment and the personal details they handed over.

Evidence

On 2026-10-16, 7 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, Seclookup, SOCRadar, URLQuery and VIPRE. That is a minority of engines, but these are independent vendors reaching the same verdict. The domain also appears in 34 AlienVault OTX pulses, which shows it has drawn repeated attention in shared threat intelligence. Among the blocklists tracked here, it is currently listed by PhishDestroy.

Infrastructure

The domain is not new. It was registered on 2018-12-09 through BigRock Solutions Ltd., almost eight years before we flagged it. It resolves to an address on AS47583 Hostinger International Limited, located in India, which fits a page aimed at Indian customers searching for local movers. The Let's Encrypt certificate only means the padlock is present and says nothing about who runs the site.

What to do

If you requested a quote or booked a move through this site, do not send any further deposits or "release" fees. Contact your bank or UPI provider right away to report the payment and ask about a reversal. Expect follow-up calls or messages from people claiming to be the movers, and treat any new payment demand as part of the scam. Before you book, verify a moving company independently through reviews, a registered office and a direct phone call. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and web proxies and flag it in mail and messaging filters.
