The domain was registered through NameCheap, Inc. It sat behind Cloudflare's network, resolving to 104.21.22.185 with a Canadian geolocation. The TLS certificate came from Google Trust Services (WE1), so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
