False Positive Appeal

Our systems work tirelessly to identify threats, but no system is perfect. If you believe your legitimate domain or service has been incorrectly flagged, we are here to help.

Our Commitment to Accuracy

PhishDestroy is a community-driven project dedicated to making the internet safer. Our primary goal is to neutralize active threats like phishing sites and scam operations. We utilize a combination of automated systems, partner data feeds, and user-submitted reports to build our threat intelligence database. While this multi-layered approach is highly effective, it can occasionally lead to a "false positive" — where a legitimate site is mistakenly identified as malicious.

We take these situations very seriously. An incorrect flagging can disrupt legitimate services and harm reputations. That's why we've created this transparent and straightforward appeals process. Every submission is reviewed by a human analyst to ensure fairness and accuracy.

How the Appeal Process Works

If your domain was flagged, please submit an appeal using the form. Our security team will conduct a thorough review of the domain in question. If we determine that our system made an error, we will promptly:

  • Remove your domain from our internal database.
  • Delete any related alert posts on our Telegram and Twitter channels.
  • Notify our data partners of the correction.
  • Inform you of the resolution via email (if provided) or through the status checker.
