PhishDestroy has identified upheld.created.app as a sophisticated phishing site designed to impersonate the legitimate Uphold cryptocurrency platform. The site lures visitors with a deceptive login page titled "Log® In — Uphold® || Sign In™" and attempts to steal their credentials and potentially two-factor authentication codes. This generic phishing threat poses a high risk of financial loss and identity theft for anyone who enters their Uphold account details.

The domain was created on May 21, 2026, and registered through Tucows Domains Inc., a common registrar for malicious sites. Security analysis reveals that 7 out of 95 antivirus vendors on VirusTotal flag this domain as malicious, and it appears on three separate security blocklists. The site is hosted at IP address 216.150.1.129 with an SSL certificate from Let's Encrypt (R13), which gives it a false sense of legitimacy.
