Infrastructure analysis shows the domain is hosted on Namecheap Inc. infrastructure in Singapore and resolves to the IPv4 address 209.74.82.247. DNS is served by a.dnspod.com and c.dnspod.com. The web server returns an HTTP 302 redirect and presents a TLS certificate issued by Let’s Encrypt (YR1). The page title observed is “Buff163 — Official Resource”, which does not align with the domain name and may be used to lure victims.
