PhishDestroy threat report
shadow-lamp.com is an impersonation phishing page: a site built to pass itself off as a service people already trust so they lower their guard. Its targets are crypto users and anyone who might sign in, pay or connect a wallet on what they believe is the real thing. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-17. On 2026-10-19 it was still online and serving live content, so it remains an active threat.
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and flow of a legitimate brand, then wait for traffic from lookalike links, ads, search results or direct messages. Once a visitor trusts the page, it asks for whatever the operator can turn into money: account passwords and one-time codes, a seed phrase, a payment, or a wallet connection followed by a signature request. Whatever you enter or approve goes to the scammers, not the brand being imitated, and crypto lost this way is rarely recoverable.
On 2026-09-29, 16 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as malicious. Those engines included alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. That is a meaningful set of independent vendors confirming the same verdict, though most engines had not yet caught up. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2025-11-11, about ten months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap fits a domain held in reserve or used quietly before being pointed at victims. It resolves to Cloudflare, Inc. address space geolocated to Canada, which hides the true origin server behind a widely shared network. Its certificate comes from Google Trust Services (WE1), so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about who runs the site.
If you typed a password or one-time code on shadow-lamp.com, change that password on the genuine service at once. Then reset two-factor authentication and sign out of all sessions. If you entered a seed phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move any remaining funds to a new wallet created from scratch. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke the token approvals granted to unfamiliar contracts with a trusted approval-management tool. If you sent a payment, contact your bank or exchange immediately. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and search mail and chat logs for links to it.
