PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

ruqvexch.com is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself under the name "Ruqvexa" and targets cryptocurrency users. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-16, four days after the domain was registered. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its phishing content, so it remains an active danger.

How the scam works

Impersonation sites like this copy the look and wording of a trusted crypto service, here branded "Ruqvexa", so visitors believe they are on a legitimate platform. Victims are usually pushed to log in, verify an account, claim a bonus or deposit funds. Anything typed into the page, such as passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases or deposit details, goes straight to the operators. The result can be a hijacked account, drained balances, or money sent to an address the scammers control with no way to recover it.

Evidence

The domain is listed on the PhishDestroy, MetaMask and SEAL blocklists. Its inclusion by MetaMask and SEAL shows that wallet and security teams in the crypto ecosystem treat it as a threat. It also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses. Infrastructure

ruqvexch.com was registered on 2026-10-12 through Cloudflare, Inc. It resolves to 188.114.97.3 on the CLOUDFLARENET network in the US, which means Cloudflare's proxy sits in front of the real origin server. If you entered a password or code there, change it right away on the genuine service and on any account that shares it, then turn on app-based two-factor authentication. If you typed in a recovery phrase or private key, treat that wallet as compromised and move your funds to a new wallet created on a clean device. If you sent money, keep the transaction details and report them to your exchange and local authorities.
