PhishDestroy threat report
relaysession.com is an impersonation phishing page dressed as a checkout screen, the step where visitors expect to hand over payment and contact details. It borrows the look of a legitimate payment flow to target people who believe they are finishing a real order or subscription. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its phishing content.
The page title is simply "Checkout," and that is the whole pitch. Victims usually arrive from a link in an ad, message or email and land on what looks like the final payment step of a brand they recognise. Anything typed into the form, such as card numbers, expiry dates, security codes, names, addresses and sometimes account logins, goes straight to the operators. They can then use the card for fraudulent purchases or resell the details, and the victim never receives the product they thought they were buying.
When VirusTotal last checked on 2026-09-29, 17 of 91 security engines flagged the domain. The vendors included alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and Fortinet, which means a broad range of independent detection products recognise it. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the phishing category. It also appears in 5 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently. PhishDestroy carries it on its blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-04-07 through TUCOWS.COM, CO., more than five months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the domain was held in reserve before going live, or that it ran without notice for some time. The site is hosted on the Omegatech LTD network in the Netherlands. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
If you entered card details on this page, call your bank or card issuer now, ask them to block and reissue the card, and dispute any charges you do not recognise. Watch your statements closely for small test transactions in the weeks that follow. If you typed in a password, change it wherever you use it and turn on two-factor authentication. Defenders should block relaysession.com at the DNS and proxy level, search mail and web logs for users who visited it, and report the page to the brand it imitates and to card-fraud teams.
