PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

rainbitg.cc is an impersonation phishing page. It poses as a legitimate service to trick crypto users into handing over access to their accounts or funds. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content, so it remains an active risk.

How the scam works

Impersonation sites copy the look and wording of a trusted platform, then ask visitors to log in, verify an account, or enter sensitive details such as passwords or wallet recovery phrases. Whatever is typed goes to the operators, who use it to take over accounts or empty wallets. The page title is 编组 21, a generic Chinese design-layer label that names no brand, while we classify the site as impersonation phishing.

Evidence

On 2026-10-16, VirusTotal showed 1 detection out of 92 engines, from Forcepoint ThreatSeeker. That count is low, which is common for new phishing domains before most vendors catch up, so a clean scan does not mean the site is safe. The domain is on the PhishDestroy, MetaMask and SEAL blocklists. The MetaMask and SEAL listings point to a threat aimed at crypto wallet users.

The domain was registered on 2025-12-01 through Gname.com Pte. Ltd. It resolves to 104.21.28.122 on the Cloudflare, Inc. network, geolocated to CA. Its TLS certificate was issued by Google Trust Services (WE1), so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is trustworthy.
