Overview

PhishDestroy’s intake AI classified the page as malicious because it impersonates the QuickNode brand while residing on the unrelated mubcn.com subdomain. The recorded page title was "Home" and the page excerpt contained the text "QuickNode Chat with us, powered by LiveChat". The domain was first seen by PhishDestroy on 2026-10-23 and returned an HTTP 200 response at that time.

How the scam works

Brand‑impersonation phishing creates a look‑alike site that displays a trusted name and visual cues to lure visitors into entering credentials, wallet connections, or other sensitive data. The perceived legitimacy of the brand encourages victims to disclose information that can be used for account takeover or fund theft.

证据

VirusTotal scanned the domain on 2026-10-23 with 92 engines and reported zero detections. Google Safe Browsing checked the same day and did not flag the site. Urlscan.io captured the page on 2026-10-23 and its machine‑learning engine labeled it malicious with a score of 100, categorising it as phishing. External blocklists MetaMask and SEAL listed the domain on 2026-10-23, and PhishDestroy’s internal blocklist marked it as malicious. OTX recorded zero pulses on the same date.
