It did not impersonate a known brand but operated as a standalone scam designed to steal user credentials and funds. As of the latest verification, nexbit.vip has been taken offline, though its prior activity classified it as an elevated-risk threat targeting unsuspecting victims seeking cryptocurrency services.

Technical analysis of nexbit.vip revealed limited detection, with only 1 of 95 VirusTotal security vendors flagging the domain. The site was registered through Gname.com Pte. Ltd. on March 22, 2026, and resolved to the IP address 104.21.69.168, hosted by Cloudflare in Canada. It appeared on 3 security blocklists, including PhishDestroy, MetaMask, and SEAL. The SSL certificate was issued by Let's Encrypt (E7), and the observed page title was 'NexBit'. Detected technologies included Vue.js, HSTS, Cloudflare Browser Insights, and HTTP/3.
