PhishDestroy threat report
login-web-ldgre.pages.dev is a credential phishing page that impersonates Ledger. It presents itself as "Official® Ledger® Live: Secure Access to Your Wallet" and targets people who own Ledger hardware wallets. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-08. The site has been offline since 2026-09-16 and was still down at the last check on 2026-10-19, with its content blocked by the hosting provider.
The doubled "Official®" and "Ledger®" branding in the title is meant to reassure a hurried visitor. The subdomain "ldgre" is close enough to Ledger to pass a quick glance. Pages like this usually claim the user must sign in, verify or resynchronise Ledger Live, then ask for the 24-word recovery phrase or other account credentials. Ledger Live never needs a recovery phrase typed into a website. Anyone who submits one hands over full control of every account derived from it, and the attacker can empty the wallet from their own device without ever touching the physical Ledger.
When VirusTotal checked it on 2026-09-18, 14 of 89 engines flagged it as malicious. The flagging vendors included BitDefender, ESET, Kaspersky, Fortinet, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai and CyRadar. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and identified Ledger as the imitated brand, which matches our classification. Besides PhishDestroy, the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists also list the site, so wallet users with those protections would have been warned.
The page ran as a free subdomain on Cloudflare Pages and was served from Cloudflare's network, geolocated to Canada. Throwaway subdomains like this cost nothing and take minutes to deploy, so scammers can replace them as fast as they are blocked. The listed registration date of 2026-09-12 falls after PhishDestroy's first sighting on 2026-09-08. Either way, the page lasted only about a week before it went offline on 2026-09-16.
If you typed your recovery phrase into this page, treat the wallet as compromised. Reset your Ledger or use a new device to create a fresh recovery phrase, then move all remaining funds to the new addresses immediately. If you entered an email address or password, change it everywhere you reused it and turn on app-based 2FA. Remember that no genuine Ledger page or support agent will ever ask for your recovery phrase. Defenders should block the domain, watch for other pages.dev subdomains with Ledger-like spellings, and report new copies to Cloudflare and the wallet blocklists.
