PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

lizethdeairtm.com is an impersonation phishing site that uses Cloudflare's branding, presenting itself as a "Cloudflare Tunnel error" page. It targets people who arrive expecting a working account or payment service and are shown a familiar infrastructure error instead. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-17. As of 2026-10-19 the site is still online and redirects visitors onward.

How the scam works

The page title reads "Cloudflare Tunnel error" alongside a separate app-style hostname. That combination is a common way to make a broken or intercepted session look routine, so the visitor follows the next prompt or redirect without hesitation. Pages like this typically pass the visitor to a login or verification step where usernames, passwords and one-time codes are collected. The page title and the domain name both contain "airtm", which points toward a payments service, while our classification rests on the Cloudflare impersonation.

Evidence

Six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-01: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, PhishFort and SOCRadar. That is a modest count, but PhishFort and CRDF specialise in phishing, so their flags carry weight. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL with a phishing designation. It also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-04-28, nearly five months before we detected it. A gap that long suggests it was registered in advance and put to use later. It is registered through Cloudflare, Inc. and resolves to Cloudflare's network, geolocated to Canada. That setup places a Cloudflare-themed error page behind real Cloudflare infrastructure, which makes it harder to tell apart from a genuine outage at a glance. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock proves nothing about who runs the site.

What to do

If you entered a username, password or verification code after seeing this error page, change that password right away on the real service and on any other account that shares it. Then reset two-factor authentication and sign out all active sessions. Review recent logins, payouts and linked payment methods, and contact the genuine provider's support if anything looks unfamiliar. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and the proxy, and search logs for visits since 2026-09-17. Report it to Cloudflare so the brand misuse can be addressed.
