PhishDestroy threat report
linkedpayservices.com is an impersonation phishing page that trades on the Telegram brand. It presents itself as "Linkedpay - карты и платежи в Telegram", which translates to "cards and payments in Telegram", and it is aimed at Russian-speaking users looking for a way to fund or spend money through Telegram. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-27. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.
The page title describes a card and payments service operating inside Telegram rather than Telegram itself, which we classified as Telegram impersonation. Schemes like this borrow Telegram's credibility to sell a payment product that does not exist. They usually lure visitors into one of two actions. The first is signing in "with Telegram" on a fake form that captures the phone number, login code and cloud password, which lets the operator take over the account. The second is topping up a virtual card with crypto or bank funds that never come back. Victims lose either their Telegram account, along with its contacts and chats, or the money they sent.
Six of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-03: alphaMountain.ai, Bfore.Ai PreCrime, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and URLQuery. That count is modest, so many security tools will still let the page load. The listings on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists carry more weight, because those lists focus on crypto-targeting fraud, and they appear alongside PhishDestroy's own entry. Three AlienVault OTX threat pulses also reference the domain, showing that other researchers have tracked it independently.
The domain was registered on 2026-08-18 through Cloudflare, Inc., about forty days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap fits a site set up specifically for this campaign. Traffic resolves to Cloudflare's network, geolocated to Canada. The Cloudflare proxy hides the server that actually hosts the page, so the visible address does not reveal the operator's real location.
If you entered a phone number or login code on this site, open Telegram, go to Settings, then Devices, and terminate every session you don't recognise. Then set or change your two-step verification password. If you sent money or crypto to top up a "Linkedpay" card, stop any further payments. Ignore requests for activation or unlock fees, and report the transfer to your bank or exchange right away. Warn your contacts, because hijacked accounts are commonly used to spread the same lure. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and file an abuse report with Cloudflare.
