The "Loading" title shows no product, company or wallet, so the page's purpose cannot be read from its surface. The risk is that anything typed or approved after that screen, such as credentials, personal details or a wallet signature, goes to whoever runs the domain. Until the page shows what it really does, treat any request for data or a wallet connection there as hostile.
Evidence
Nine of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-11. They include BitDefender, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, alphaMountain.ai and LevelBlue. That is a minority of engines, but the flaggers are established vendors working independently. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as a spam source, which links it to unsolicited distribution. It also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, meaning other researchers have tied it to tracked malicious activity.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-04-16 through Global Domain Group LLC, about six months before PhishDestroy detected it. A domain held that long before surfacing may have been aged on purpose to look less suspicious to filters. It resolves to 46.29.26.38, an address geolocated in Finland on a network registered to M/S Robi Traders of Bangladesh. That mismatch between the hosting location and the network owner is worth noting for anyone tracing the operation.
What to do
Do not enter credentials, personal information or wallet details on fortomax.com, and close the page if it asks for any of them. If you already typed a password there, change it everywhere you reuse it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you connected a wallet or signed anything on the site, stop using that wallet and move any remaining funds to a fresh one. Security teams should block the domain and its IP at DNS and proxy level and search mail and web logs for earlier visits. Report any new links pointing to it so they can be taken down.
