PhishDestroy threat report
coinpssl.com is a live impersonation phishing page that presents itself under the title "CoinP" to pass as a legitimate crypto platform. Its targets are people who trade or hold crypto and might mistake the lookalike domain for the real service. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-23. It was still online with its content served on 2026-10-19, so it remains an active danger.
Impersonation pages like this copy a brand's name and look, here "CoinP", so visitors trust the site and act as they would on the genuine platform. The "ssl" in the domain is a common trick to make the address look secure and official. Visitors are typically pushed to sign in, verify an account or deposit crypto. Anything typed in, including passwords, one-time codes or recovery phrases, goes straight to the operators. Any funds sent to the site are lost.
On 2026-10-07, 11 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. That is a minority of engines, but the agreement across unrelated vendors is meaningful. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and tagged it as a crypto scam. The MetaMask and SEAL blocklists list it alongside PhishDestroy, and it appears in 6 AlienVault OTX threat pulses.
The domain was registered through GoDaddy.com, LLC on 2026-09-08, just 15 days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap fits a site set up quickly for a campaign. Traffic runs through Cloudflare, Inc. (172.67.219.82, geolocated to Canada), which masks the server actually hosting the page. Its certificate comes from Google Trust Services (WE1), so the padlock in the browser proves nothing about legitimacy.
If you signed in on coinpssl.com, change that password immediately on the real platform and anywhere you reused it. Then reset two-factor authentication and review recent account activity. If you entered a recovery phrase, treat the wallet as compromised and move remaining assets to a newly created wallet. Do not send further payments to anyone who promises to recover lost funds. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and add it to mail and web filters. Report it to Cloudflare and GoDaddy to push the takedown forward.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
