This site, coinn-bas-proeng.created.app, presented itself as a "Coinbase Pro Login" portal, impersonating the legitimate Coinbase cryptocurrency exchange. The threat posed is credential harvesting, where users attempting to log in would have their account credentials stolen by the attackers.
