This domain, twt-safe.sbs, was set up to trick cryptocurrency users into thinking they were visiting the legitimate TrixWallet platform for TRON blockchain wallets. In reality, the site was a sophisticated phishing operation designed to steal login credentials and private keys, giving attackers full control over victims' digital assets. The fake wallet interface would capture sensitive information the moment a user tried to connect or sign in, leading to immediate fund drainage.

PhishDestroy's investigation uncovered multiple red flags. VirusTotal analysis shows that 2 out of 95 security vendors flagged the domain as malicious, which is a strong indicator of its deceptive nature. The domain was registered on May 22, 2026, through Global Domain Group LLC, a registrar often associated with high-risk domains. It was hosted on IP address 104.248.137.19 and used a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate (issued by YE1) to appear legitimate. The page title, "TrixWallet — TRON Blockchain Wallet," was a direct copy of the real service, making it hard for casual users to spot the fraud. The site is now offline, but similar threats may reappear.
