How the scam works

Anyone who engages risks account takeover, fraudulent transfers and identity theft, and any funds sent to the site are effectively gone.

Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2025-01-08 through TuringSign Inc. d/b/a Cosmotown, roughly twenty months before we detected it. That gap suggests it was either held in reserve or operated quietly for a long time. It is hosted on FranTech Solutions infrastructure in the United States. The site uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the bank is real.
What to do
