PhishDestroy threat report
strong-taiyaki-b6233a.netlify.app is an impersonation phishing page titled "e-Devlet Kapısı", the name of Turkey's official government e-services gateway. It targets Turkish citizens who use e-Devlet for tax, social security, court and identity services. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-08-31. It was still online with live content on 2026-10-19.
Fake e-Devlet pages usually copy the portal's login screen and ask for a T.C. Kimlik number and e-Devlet password. Some also ask for a phone number, an SMS code or card details, often under the pretext of a refund, a fine or a benefit payment. Anything entered goes to the operators, not to the government. A stolen e-Devlet login exposes personal records and can be used for identity fraud or follow-up scams that look official.
On 2026-09-12, 16 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the address as malicious. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. Those engines feed browser and endpoint protection, so many visitors will see a warning. Most engines have not flagged it, though, and the site has stayed reachable for weeks. PhishDestroy lists the domain on its blocklist.
The page sits on a free, randomly named Netlify subdomain rather than a purchased domain, so it cost nothing to set up and can be replaced quickly. It is served from Amazon network space in Germany. The DigiCert certificate is the hosting platform's standard certificate, so the browser padlock says nothing about whether the site is legitimate. No genuine Turkish government service runs on a netlify.app address.
If you entered your T.C. Kimlik number and e-Devlet password here, change the password through the official e-Devlet portal right away. Also review your account's login history and authorised sessions. If you shared an SMS code or card details, call your bank to block the card and dispute any charges, and watch out for follow-up calls or messages pretending to be a government office. You can report the incident to Turkish cybercrime authorities and USOM. Defenders should block the hostname, report it to Netlify for takedown, and warn users that the real e-Devlet login is only on the official government domain.
