rep-ledger.pages.dev is a phishing page that impersonated Ledger. It targeted owners of Ledger hardware wallets and users of the Ledger Live app. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-16. The site has been offline since 2026-09-21 after Cloudflare blocked its content, and it was still down when last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Ledger impersonation pages usually copy the look of Ledger's support or update screens. They tell the visitor that a firmware update, security check or wallet "sync" is required. The victim is then asked to type their 24-word recovery phrase into a web form, which hands full control of every account tied to that device to the attacker, who can sweep the funds within minutes. The "rep" prefix in the subdomain suggests a fake repair or support portal. The page title now reads "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is the provider's warning screen rather than the Ledger-branded content we classified.
Evidence
On 2026-09-21, 11 of 89 VirusTotal engines labelled the address malicious, including BitDefender, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and Lionic. That is a modest share of engines, but it spans several major antivirus vendors acting independently. Wallet-focused blocklists agree: the domain is listed by MetaMask and by the SEAL security alliance, as well as by PhishDestroy. Cloudflare's own decision to replace the page with a phishing warning adds a further independent judgment.
Infrastructure
The site ran on a free Cloudflare Pages subdomain rather than a registered domain. That kind of throwaway address costs nothing and can be swapped quickly once blocked. Traffic resolved to Cloudflare's network, with the serving address geolocated to Canada. The page lasted about five days between PhishDestroy's first sighting and the takedown, a typical lifespan for disposable hosted phishing pages.
What to do
If you entered your Ledger recovery phrase on this site, treat that wallet as compromised. Move any remaining funds immediately to a new wallet created from a freshly generated phrase on a reset device. If you connected a software wallet or signed anything there, check for and revoke unfamiliar token approvals. Remember that Ledger never asks for your recovery phrase online, by email or through support chat. Defenders should block the full rep-ledger.pages.dev hostname and watch for similar Ledger-themed subdomains on free hosting platforms.
