PhishDestroy threat report
portal-stick.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page hosted on a free Cloudflare Pages subdomain. It greeted visitors with a page titled "Desktop Browser Required" rather than anything naming the service it imitated. PhishDestroy flagged it on 2026-09-08, the same day the subdomain went live. The site has been offline since 2026-09-17, and the hosting provider had it blocked when we last checked on 2026-10-19.
Impersonation pages copy the look of a service people already trust, such as a wallet, exchange or login portal, so visitors hand over passwords, one-time codes or recovery phrases without suspicion. A "Desktop Browser Required" notice tells mobile visitors to switch to a computer before going further, which steers them toward the full phishing flow. The page title does not name a brand, but we classified the site as impersonation based on its behaviour. Whatever a victim typed in should be treated as captured by the operator.
Independent detection is thin. On 2026-09-18, VirusTotal showed 2 of 89 engines flagging the site, from alphaMountain.ai and URLQuery. That low count is typical for a short-lived page on a fresh subdomain, so most security tools would not have warned visitors. PhishDestroy lists the domain on its own blocklist.
The operator used a disposable pages.dev subdomain and got it running and caught on 2026-09-08. It went dark nine days later. The page was served from Cloudflare, Inc. network space geolocated to Canada, at 172.66.47.108. Free static-hosting subdomains like this cost nothing and take minutes to create, which is why phishing crews often treat them as throwaway landing pages.
If you entered a password on this page, change it right away on the real service and on any other account that reuses it. Then turn on app-based or hardware-key two-factor authentication. If you typed a wallet recovery phrase, assume the wallet is compromised and move remaining funds to a newly created wallet. Defenders should block the domain, search proxy and DNS logs for visits since 2026-09-08, and reset credentials for any user who reached it.
