PhishDestroy threat report
pnfphelp.com is an impersonation phishing page. Its name follows the familiar "brand plus help" pattern used to pass as an official support desk, targeting people looking for account assistance. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-02. The site went offline on 2026-09-13, and its DNS was still inactive when we last checked on 2026-10-19.
Impersonation pages like this copy the look and wording of a real organisation's help center, then ask the visitor to "verify" their account to resolve a problem. Victims are typically led to enter usernames, passwords, one-time codes or personal and financial details into forms that send everything straight to the operators. Some variants push people toward fake support chats where the scammer collects the same information directly. The losses are account takeover, misuse of stolen identity data and, if banking or payment access is exposed, direct theft of funds.
Five of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-13: alphaMountain.ai, Google Safe Browsing, Lionic, PhishFort and SOCRadar. That count is modest, but PhishFort specialises in brand-impersonation takedowns, which gives its flag extra weight here. Google Safe Browsing lists the site under SOCIAL_ENGINEERING, so warnings appear in Chrome and other browsers that use its feed. The domain is also referenced in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and appears on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain is registered through OwnRegistrar, Inc. The site lasted only about eleven days between our first sighting and its disappearance, and it went dark on the same day VirusTotal vendors flagged it. That short lifespan is typical of disposable phishing domains that are dropped once security tools detect them and replaced with a new lookalike name.
If you entered a password on this site, change it on the genuine service right away, along with any other account that uses the same password. Then turn on app-based two-factor authentication. If you shared one-time codes, card numbers or identity details, contact the real organisation through its official channels and watch your statements for unfamiliar activity. Be wary of follow-up calls or messages that claim to be from "support." Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level, search mail and web logs for any contact with it since 2026-09-02, and watch for newly registered domains that use the same "help" naming pattern.
