ledgerr-liive-desktopp.pages.dev is a phishing page that impersonates Ledger. The doubled letters in "ledgerr", "liive" and "desktopp" mimic a Ledger Live desktop download, so the targets are hardware-wallet owners. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-08-31. The site has been offline since 2026-09-11 and was still dead when last checked on 2026-10-19, with its content blocked by the hosting provider.
How the scam works
Fake Ledger Live pages usually claim the wallet needs an update, a resync or a new desktop install. The victim is then asked to type the 24-word recovery phrase into a form or into a counterfeit app. Whoever holds that phrase controls every account derived from it and can empty the wallet from anywhere, without the physical device. The page title now reads "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is Cloudflare's own warning screen, while we classified the underlying site as Ledger impersonation.
Evidence
VirusTotal shows 13 of 89 engines flagging the domain as of 2026-09-12. Those engines include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. urlscan.io rated it malicious, and its brand match of a generic Cloudflare page reflects the provider's block screen. The domain also appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy, so wallet software and other crypto-security teams already treat it as hostile.
Infrastructure
The page was built on Cloudflare Pages, a free static-hosting service where anyone can create a subdomain under a lookalike name in minutes. It resolves to Cloudflare, Inc. address space geolocated to Canada. The registration date is 2025-09-26, almost a year before we first detected the page. It went offline within about two weeks of our first sighting, which is consistent with the provider taking it down.
What to do
If you entered your recovery phrase on this page, assume the wallet is compromised. Set up a Ledger device with a brand-new phrase and move any remaining funds to it immediately. If you downloaded software from it, uninstall that software, scan the machine, and get Ledger Live only from Ledger's official channels. Ledger never asks for your 24 words. If you connected a wallet, review and revoke any approvals you don't recognize. Defenders should block the domain and watch for similar misspelled Ledger names on free hosting subdomains.
