PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-10-07. When last checked on 2026-10-19, the site was still online with its content live.
How the scam works
Sites of this kind pose as legitimate trading services. They borrow the language and look of real platforms so that visitors believe they are opening an account with a genuine business. Victims are typically asked to register, hand over personal details or login credentials, and fund an account. The dashboard may then show balances or profits that cannot be withdrawn. Whatever is deposited or entered goes straight to the operators, and requests for further "fees" or "verification payments" are a common way to extract more money before contact stops.
Evidence
On 2026-10-15, VirusTotal showed 10 of 92 security engines flagging the domain. That is a minority, but the flags come from established vendors including Kaspersky, BitDefender, Netcraft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and alphaMountain.ai, which independently back our classification. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it. Among blocklists, it is currently carried by PhishDestroy.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-07-15 through Hosting Concepts B.V. d/b/a Registrar.eu, about twelve weeks before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the operators let the name age or ran it quietly before it surfaced. The site resolves to 198.251.84.200 on the PONYNET network of FranTech Solutions in the United States. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about whether the operator is trustworthy.
What to do
Do not register, deposit or enter any information on indexuniquetrading.com. If you sent money, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the payment. Report the transfer to local police or a fraud reporting service, and refuse any later demand for withdrawal, tax or unlock fees. If you created an account with a password you use elsewhere, change it on those services and turn on two-factor authentication. Defenders should block the domain and its IP at the DNS or proxy layer, and should flag inbound links promoting this platform as investment fraud.
