debt-ledger.pages.dev is a phishing page that impersonates Cloudflare and borrows the look of the security checks millions of people click through every day. Wallet-security blocklists from MetaMask and SEAL flagged it, which points to crypto users as the intended audience. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-08. The site has been offline since 2026-09-17, and its content was still blocked by the hosting provider at the last check on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Cloudflare-themed lures work because visitors expect a Cloudflare screen before they reach a site. The fake page dresses up a demand as a routine check, such as signing in, pasting a command, approving an action or connecting a wallet. Whatever the victim enters or authorises goes to the operator. The page title currently reads "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is the provider's own warning wording. We classified the original content as Cloudflare impersonation.
Evidence
urlscan.io rated the page malicious and recognised generic Cloudflare branding on it. That matches the impersonation classification. VirusTotal detection is thin: only 2 of 89 engines, alphaMountain.ai and MalwareURL, flagged it when checked on 2026-09-18. Low antivirus coverage is common for short-lived pages.dev phishing. The listings by MetaMask and SEAL, both crypto-focused, add independent weight alongside PhishDestroy's own entry.
Infrastructure
The project was created on Cloudflare Pages on 2026-09-01, one week before PhishDestroy detected it. It lived for little more than two weeks before going dark. It sat on Cloudflare, Inc. network space geolocated to Canada, so the fake Cloudflare page was served from Cloudflare's own infrastructure. That makes the lure harder to spot by address alone. Its Let's Encrypt certificate only means the padlock was present and says nothing about legitimacy.
What to do
If you typed a password on this page, change it immediately, enable or reset two-factor authentication, and review recent sign-ins on the affected account. If the page told you to paste or run a command to "verify" yourself, treat that device as compromised and scan it. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke unfamiliar token approvals and move remaining funds to a fresh wallet. Remember that real Cloudflare checks never ask for wallet access or seed phrases. Defenders should block the domain and alert users that Cloudflare branding on a pages.dev address is not proof of a genuine check.
