PhishDestroy threat report
This is an impersonation phishing page dressed up as a Cloudflare security screen, titled "Suspected Malware | Cloudflare". It targets ordinary visitors who trust Cloudflare's interstitial pages because they see them across much of the web. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-07-28. On 2026-10-19 the site was still online, with its content served behind access protection.
Fake Cloudflare warnings borrow the look of the real checkpoint pages that sit in front of many websites, then claim the visitor's device or connection is flagged for malware. Pages of this type usually push the visitor toward a "fix" or "verification" step. That step might be downloading a supposed cleanup file, pasting a command into the system, or entering account credentials to prove they are human or restore access. The victim can lose control of their machine to installed malware, or hand over logins that are then used to empty accounts, including crypto wallets and exchange profiles.
Independent detection is thin. On 2026-09-13, only Gridinsoft out of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the address, so most security tools would not warn a visitor. The listing currently comes from the PhishDestroy blocklist alone. Its classification rests on the page openly presenting itself as Cloudflare while being hosted on a disposable project subdomain.
The site runs as a Cloudflare Pages project with a long, random-looking subdomain. Free throwaway subdomains like this are easy to create and replace in bulk. It resolves to Cloudflare, Inc. network space geolocated to Canada, and uses a certificate from Google Trust Services (WE1). The padlock in the browser therefore looks legitimate. The listed registration date, 2026-08-30, is later than PhishDestroy's first sighting, so it says nothing about how long the page waited before it was caught.
If you landed on this page, close it and do not run anything it told you to copy, paste or download. If you downloaded or executed a file, disconnect the device and run a full scan with up-to-date security software. Treat any stored passwords and wallet keys on that machine as exposed. If you typed in credentials, change those passwords from a clean device, enable app-based 2FA, and review recent logins and withdrawals on exchanges and email. Defenders should block this subdomain, alert users that genuine Cloudflare checks never ask them to run commands or install software, and report the project to Cloudflare's abuse team.
