zdtyip.com is an impersonation phishing page that borrows Cloudflare's name and branding. How the scam works
Cloudflare impersonation works because Cloudflare pages appear across much of the web, so a familiar orange-branded screen rarely raises suspicion. Pages like this usually pose as a security check or an account prompt and push the visitor to log in, confirm something or follow instructions. Whatever the victim types or does is handed to the operator, which can mean a hijacked Cloudflare account and control over the websites behind it. The page title read "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is the wording of Cloudflare's own phishing warning screen, while PhishDestroy classified the domain itself as a Cloudflare impersonation page.

Google Safe Browsing lists the domain under SOCIAL_ENGINEERING, so browsers that use it will show a deceptive-site warning. On VirusTotal, only 3 of 89 engines flagged it as of 2026-09-17: alphaMountain.ai, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That low count means most security products would not have stopped a visit. Four AlienVault OTX pulses reference the domain, so other analysts have tracked it as well, and PhishDestroy lists it on its blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-08-31, six days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap fits a throwaway domain set up for a quick campaign. Both the registration and the hosting run through Cloudflare, Inc., on a Cloudflare network address located in Canada. The site stayed online for only about nine days after detection.
What to do
If you entered a Cloudflare email and password on this site, change that password right away from Cloudflare's real dashboard, then turn on or reset two-factor authentication. Check your account's audit log, API tokens, members and DNS records for anything you did not set up. Change the same password anywhere else you reused it. Defenders should block zdtyip.com, search proxy and DNS logs for visits between 2026-08-31 and 2026-09-15, and remind staff that real Cloudflare logins only happen on Cloudflare's own domain.
