tr.meritking-logintr.net is a credential phishing site built around the Meritking name. The "tr" subdomain and the "logintr" wording point at Turkish-speaking players looking for a working sign-in address. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-08-09. As of 2026-10-19 the domain still resolves, but its page content cannot be reached.
How the scam works
Lookalike login domains like this one rely on users who search for a current or alternative sign-in link and land on a copy of the real login form. Whatever the victim types, usually a username or phone number and password, sometimes a one-time code, goes straight to the operators. They can then take over the account, drain any balance and reuse the password on other services. The page currently returns the title "403 Forbidden", which differs from the credential phishing activity we classified it for.
Evidence
Twelve of 89 VirusTotal engines marked the domain as malicious on 2026-09-16. The vendors included BitDefender, ESET, Kaspersky, Fortinet, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, CRDF and alphaMountain.ai. That is a modest share of engines, but these are established names working independently of each other. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL with a phishing (DBL_PHISH) designation, and it appears on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-07-26 through Cloudflare, Inc., just 14 days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap is typical of throwaway domains set up for a single campaign. It is hosted on the Omegatech LTD network in the Netherlands at 130.12.180.241. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives the site a browser padlock, which says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you entered a password on this site, change it right away on the real Meritking service and on any other account where you used the same password. Turn on two-factor authentication, then review your recent logins, balance and withdrawal details for changes you did not make. Contact the operator's support if you see unauthorized activity. Defenders should block the domain and its IP, look for it in DNS and proxy logs, and warn Turkish-speaking users that login links shared in messages or ads can be fake.
