Overview

pc-razerzone.com.cn presents itself as the official download page for the desktop version of 同花顺 (Tonghuashun), one of China's most widely used stock-trading and market-data applications. Its audience is retail investors, especially experienced traders looking for a full PC charting tool. The domain name borrows the look of a gaming brand's 'razerzone' while the page itself copies a finance product, so neither name should be read as a sign of legitimacy. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-03, and it was still online and serving its content on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

The page title is pure marketing for traders: millisecond real-time quotes, custom K-line indicators, large-order capital tracking and deep analysis tools for veteran investors. Pages built this way lure people searching for a trading client into downloading software from an unofficial source instead of the genuine vendor. What victims stand to lose is access to their brokerage and trading accounts. Login credentials typed into a counterfeit client or page, or a tampered installer running on the machine, can hand control of those accounts and their funds to the operators.

Evidence

On 2026-09-11, VirusTotal showed 16 of 89 engines flagging the domain. The vendors included alphaMountain.ai, ArcSight Threat Intelligence, Certego, CRDF, ESTsecurity, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and Gridinsoft. That is a solid spread of independent verdicts for a niche, Chinese-language lure. AlienVault OTX lists the domain in 16 threat pulses, which shows other researchers have tracked it as well, and it is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered through Web Commerce Communications Limited. It resolves to 154.26.227.189 on the FASTNET DATA INC network in the United States, which is offshore hosting for a .com.cn site aimed at mainland Chinese users. The site uses a free automated Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about who runs the page.

If you downloaded and ran anything from this site, disconnect the computer from the network, uninstall the program and run a full antivirus scan. Change the passwords for your brokerage, Tonghuashun and email accounts from a clean device, then enable two-factor authentication wherever your broker supports it.
