How the scam works
Impersonation sites like this one copy the branding, layout and wording of a service the victim already uses. Links in messages, ads or social posts send people to the fake page. There they are asked to sign in, verify an account or restore a wallet, and anything they type goes straight to the operators. Depending on what is entered, victims can lose account access, personal data, or the full contents of a wallet if a recovery phrase is handed over.

Eight of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain at the 2026-09-29 check: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and SOCRadar. It is hosted on the UFO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED network in Great Britain. The cheap .vip extension and the brand-neutral name "fortlocker" suggest the domain is meant to look like a secure storage or vault service.
What to do
If you entered a password on this site, change it at once on the real service and on any account that shares it, then turn on app-based two-factor authentication. If you typed a wallet recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised: create a new wallet on a clean device and move any remaining funds to it right away. Report the link wherever you received it.
