How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look of a service the victim already trusts. Visitors usually arrive through a link in a message, an ad or a search result. A blank-looking "Loading" screen fits the familiar pattern of a page that renders its fake interface only after it loads. The victim then enters a password, a one-time code or a wallet recovery phrase, believing it is a routine login or verification. Whatever is typed goes straight to the operator, who can take over the account or empty the wallet.
Evidence
On 2026-09-24, six of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, LevelBlue and SOCRadar.
