PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-10. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and its content was reachable through a redirect.
How the scam works
The "abc-" prefix and the .com.cn ending make the address look like a regional Binance portal, and the familiar Chinese title reinforces that impression. Pages like this present a copy of the Binance login, then capture whatever the visitor types: email or phone number, password, and often the one-time 2FA code, which the attackers replay at once on the real exchange. With that access they can empty the account by withdrawing to their own addresses. Some versions also push fake deposit or verification steps so victims send crypto directly.

On 2026-10-14, seven of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and SOCRadar. It resolves to an address on the CONRAD - CONRADIT, LLC network, a US-registered provider, with the server located in Hong Kong. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives it a browser padlock, which only means the connection is encrypted. It does not show the site belongs to Binance.
