PhishDestroy threat report
trerjhrdwallet.gitbook.io is an impersonation phishing page built on a GitBook subdomain. Its name is a jumble around the word "wallet", and it is aimed at crypto wallet holders looking for help or setup instructions. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-15. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still alive and redirecting visitors elsewhere, so the lure remains active.
Scammers use free documentation platforms like GitBook because pages there look like official help centers and inherit the platform's trusted address. A page like this one poses as wallet support or a setup guide, then pushes the reader to "verify", "sync" or "restore" a wallet, usually by typing a recovery phrase or connecting a wallet to a page the attacker controls. The live redirect fits this pattern: the GitBook page is only the doorway, and the theft happens at the next stop. Anyone who hands over a seed phrase or signs a malicious request can lose the entire wallet balance.
Fourteen of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the page on 2026-09-23, including BitDefender, ESET, Kaspersky, Emsisoft, G-Data, alphaMountain.ai, Ermes and LevelBlue. That is a broad spread of independent vendors for a subdomain on a reputable platform. Spamhaus lists it as DBL_ABUSED_PHISH, a category for legitimate services hijacked to host phishing. It is also on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The 2014-03-30 registration date belongs to gitbook.io itself, not to this operator. The scammer only created a free subdomain on an established service, which costs nothing and borrows the platform's reputation. Traffic is served through Cloudflare, Inc. with a Canadian IP location, the platform's normal setup, and none of it is unique to this page.
If you typed a recovery phrase on this page or anything it redirected to, treat that wallet as compromised. Create a new wallet on a clean device and move any remaining funds immediately. If you connected a wallet or signed transactions, revoke token approvals with a reputable approval checker and watch for unexpected outgoing transfers. Real wallet support never asks for your seed phrase. Defenders should block the subdomain and its redirect targets and report the page to GitBook's abuse team so the space is taken down.

Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
