PhishDestroy threat report
sharewa.id is an impersonation phishing page that presented itself under the name "Sharewa" on Indonesia's .id country domain. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-02. The site has been offline since 2026-09-08, and its DNS was still inactive at the last check on 2026-10-19. A dead site can be revived, so the domain stays on our blocklist.
Impersonation pages borrow the name and look of a service people already trust so visitors don't question what they are asked to do. Here the page showed the "Sharewa" name, and the usual goal is to get visitors to type in account logins, one-time codes or personal details on a form that sends everything to the operator. Victims lose access to the impersonated account and anything tied to it, and their details can be reused in follow-up fraud.
VirusTotal showed 7 of 90 engines flagging the domain on 2026-09-06: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That count is modest, but it comes from seven separate vendors with different detection methods, and it appeared within days of our own listing. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers tracked it independently.
The domain was registered on 2026-08-05 through PT Web Media Technology Indonesia, and PhishDestroy caught it 28 days later. Its public address sat on Cloudflare's network with a Canadian geolocation. That is a proxy edge, so it hides where the page was actually hosted. The site went dark six days after we first saw it, a short lifespan typical of throwaway phishing domains.
If you entered a password on this site, change it right away on the real service and on any other account that uses the same password. Turn on two-factor authentication, sign out of other active sessions, and watch for messages that reference details you submitted. If you entered identity or payment data, contact your bank and watch for unexpected charges. Defenders should block sharewa.id at DNS and the web proxy and search mail and browsing logs for visits from early September 2026.
