L’analyse détaillée de PhishDestroy AI reste en anglais afin de préserver le relevé forensique original.
portal-worldlibertyfinancial.com was observed on 23 July 2026 as an active generic phishing infrastructure. The domain was registered on 21 February 2026 through NiceNIC International Group Co., Limited and is hosted behind Cloudflare (AS13335, United States). DNS resolution points to 172.67.181.234, and the authoritative nameservers are etta.ns.cloudflare.com and jasper.ns.cloudflare.com. HTTP requests receive a 403 status code and the TLS certificate is issued by Google Trust Services under the WE1 name, indicating a valid SSL chain despite the malicious intent. The page title returned by the server is “Just a moment…”, a common placeholder used by Cloudflare’s browser integrity check.
VirusTotal has flagged the domain in 14 of 93 scanners, and the site appears on a single public blocklist, where it is also listed by PhishDestroy. Gridinsoft assigns a trust score of 0 out of 100, reinforcing the malicious classification. Detected technologies include Cloudflare Browser Insights, Cloudflare, and HTTP/3, which are typical of abuse of Cloudflare’s edge network to hide the true origin. No additional intelligence such as specific brand impersonation, payload analysis, or URL paths has been published, leaving the exact phishing campaign details unknown.
Defenders should block the domain and its associated IP at network perimeter, monitor DNS queries for the domain and its nameservers, and add the IP 172.67.181.234 to threat intel feeds. Because the site uses a valid SSL certificate and Cloudflare front‑end, traditional SSL inspection may be required to capture downstream traffic. Continuous re‑scanning on VirusTotal and other sandboxes is recommended to detect any evolution of the payload. The high risk rating reflects the combination of active status, detection by multiple vendors, and the low trust score.
